Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with what you carry out of the shop. If something isn’t right, talk to us — call (480) 421-2166 or email info@americanleatherusa.com and we’ll work it out with you.
What can be returned
Online orders may be returned within 14 days. We pay the return shipping on eligible online returns — just get in touch and we’ll send you the label.
What cannot be returned
Custom and made-to-order pieces are not returnable. A belt cut, fitted or finished to your measurements, and any made-to-order buckle or strap, is built for one person and cannot be resold. Please ask us anything you need to before we start — we would much rather answer questions first than have you stuck with something that isn’t right.
Exchanges and resizing
We do offer exchanges, and we resize belts. Contact us and we’ll tell you what’s involved for your particular piece.
How to start a return
Call (480) 421-2166 or email info@americanleatherusa.com with your order number. You’re also welcome to bring it into the shop at 7236 E 1st Ave, Old Town Scottsdale — Monday to Saturday 10:00–6:00, Sunday 10:00–5:30.
